Sixteen is an urban thriller about an African former child soldier called Jumah was brought to London by Laura, an aid worker who he now lives with. Jumah is about to turn 16 in two days and wants to leave his violent past behind him. Things seem to have taken a turn for the better with Jumah now; he has a sweet but tentative romance blossoming with a girl at school. But then Jumah witnesses a stabbing and the people involved want to make sure that he says nothing to the police about what he saw that night. Pressure mounts as violence forces it's way back into Jumah's life.

Sixteen trailer:
Highlights the stabbing of the landlord this is one of the main sections in the film, this section is shown in the synopsis of the film so must be important as it sats off the main plot.
The genre of his film is obviously thriller as there is a stabbing, this pins out a plot also. i could also initial danger and crime in london.
It does show case the main stars of the film as jumah is the main sat of this trailer this shows tat he s a main character. the trailer shows all of the main characters in the film
there are fast visual images of the fire that has started in his house there is also fast visual images of the violence in the film showing how signiifiagnt thy are. for expamle the stabbing.
Some of the conversations are the main plots of h hole feature, for example 'I'm all you've got' showing the conversation between him and his mother. another example the conversation between the landlord and the stabber before he gets stabbed shows the imporantce of the script and the words they say to each other.
shows a variety of camera angles. long sats of the person running way fro starting the fire and the close up of him and his friend talking about the violence of war.
music gets louder and louder nearer the end shows the improvement of life or the build up tp the realise of the film.
